Here's how you play. The first person thinks of a word that starts with A then the next person thinks of a letter that starts with B so on and so forth.

This sound similar to a game I used to play on car trips as a child.
Sounds good, but maybe we should spice it up a bit?
It seems maybe too easy.

How about something like;;

The topic is Animals.
Someone says, Giraffe,
Then the next person says Elephant,
Then Turtle.

What if the next animal has to start with the last letter of the previous animal? And after we get bored of Animals, then we could change the subject to something like, "Food", or "Nature" or something?

Just a suggestion. We don't have to go through with it ;]
